    We went to the warehouse and have a confirmation that plenty of stock is available after the staff went into the warehouse to physically check it. We put through the order because we believed them, also specifically asked for morning delivery which was confirmed by the staff member. A day before delivery date, they rang us up to say half of the stock isn't available. We said okay, just deliver the other half, confirmed again that it will come in the morning the next day. 1PM delivery date, no sight of delivery so then we rang up to find out what happened, only to be advised that they would NEVER deliver to our suburb in the morning.
    At this point there is no reason for us to have anything to do with them ever again.

    Very happy with service and the end product. Delivery men were great and took care with our existing furniture and the furniture they were delivering. Happy doing business with Click and would buy from them again.

    We received an email that confirmed we could pick up our new chairs, but when we got there and they weren't ready. We had to wait 20 minutes. We chose not to wait longer for final assembly. We got parts for the chairs and headed home to put it together, only to find it was missing parts
    We had to drive back to get extra parts. On the positive side, they were very pleasant about their mistakes and eventually rectified the situation to our satisfaction

    We just ordered and received a large amount of furniture for a commercial site. We changed our order so many times and the staff were amazing. They got back to us promptly and and nothing was too much trouble. I can honestly say I have never had service like it. It all arrived packed perfectly and the quality was second to none. I have already recommended them to others. Thank you A, we will definitely be ordering again.
